You are welcome to take some inspiration from my art style and the way I do art, and use it to learn and develop your own unique style! However, please do not completely copy or imitate the way I draw to the point where our art looks identical or indistinguishable.

And, please do not rip off my art style/make profit from it. Heavy inspiration or blatant copying may result in blocks and bans, specifically if there is an intent to profit from money or followers.

You can also take inspiration from my coloring/composition as long as it has distinct differences. Finally, please do not accuse others of art style theft and go after them - instead, contact me directly if you have any concerns

Do not trace my art and animations!! Unless it's for practice in private and you don't post it online

Please refrain from making any inappropriate comments towards my sonas or characters that are supposed to represent me. I'm ace and I feel uncomfotable with sexualized remarks towards my sonas. (Ex: calling them hot/sexy etc.)

Do not create NSFW content involving my OCS!! I am a sex repulsed ace, and such content makes me very uncomfortable.

NSFW accounts can interact with me but please do not make any weird remarks or post anything nsfw in my comments

I have the right to refuse any commission for any given reason. If I do decline, please do not take it personally.

Please save and backup your files as soon as they're sent to you. I won't be able to send you any lost files.

All payments are upfront, prices vary depending on your commission.

Complex characters come with an additional fee.

I allow up to 2 major changes during the sketch phase. Further edits after that may require an extra fee.

I am a disabled artist, turnaround time can take a few weeks to 3 months or more.

If you need me to complete a project faster than the allotted time frames, a rush fee will be charged depending on the due date.

If anything comes up that might delay your commission, I'll let you know right away.

My commissions are for personal use only. You are not allowed to use them for merchandise intended for selling.

Commercial rights come with an extra charge, you will find them in the request form while filing for a commission.

You may re-upload the artwork as long as it's any non-profit social media, with credits of course.

You are not allowed to alter my artwork without permission.

Do not erase my watermark

I retain shared rights to your commission and may use it for promotional purposes or as part of my portfolio for future work.

My art cannot be used for NFTs/AI

- No refunds after I start on the sketch.

- If I’m unable to complete the project, you are entitled to a 50% refund upon request, provided the commission is already in progress.

- If I haven’t started your project yet and you wish to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund upon request.
